01 Complementary Exploratory Conversation
As with our other services, after reaching out to us, we’ll schedule a quick call or in-person meeting at our Richmond office to hear what you’re looking for and to let you know a little more about us. It’s not a strict yes or no conference, just a way to get an understanding of your unique graphic design project and its parameters. No pressure, no commitments. If you decide to move forward, we’ll set the next steps into motion. In many cases, this will be either email correspondence or an in-person meeting where we hammer out the details of your vision, the project’s scope, the timeline, and any other relevant details.
02 Design
After the project details have been conrmed and all necessary information has been received (ex: body copy for a flyer), work begins. If your project is lengthy, you will be updated as the design progresses at designated check-points. For simpler projects, like one-o yer designs, work will be completed before being sent to you for review.
03 Project Review
As mentioned previously, you will have opportunities to review the work completed by us, ask questions, and request changes. For smaller projects, this process may be quicker and done over email. More complex projects may have several review checkpoints and/or in person meetings. If changes are requested, the process bounces back to Design.
04 Final Files
Once the design work has been approved, final files will be prepared and delivered digitally to you.
