Refund Policy

At FreshMove Media LLC, we value your participation in our digital marketing workshops. Please review our refund policy, which is in accordance with Virginia state law, to ensure you understand the terms before purchasing tickets. This refund policy only applies to all FreshMove Media LLC digital marketing workshop ticket purchases.

  1. All Sales Are Final After One Week
    Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase. After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. 

  2. Refund Requests Prior to One Week
    If you need to cancel your ticket and request a refund, please contact us via email at info@freshmovemedia.com within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

  3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
    In the unlikely event that FreshMove Media LLC cancels or significantly reschedules a digital marketing workshop, you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the purchase date. You will be notified via the email provided at checkout with details on how to claim your refund.

  4. Scope of This Policy
    Please note that this refund policy applies exclusively to ticket purchases for FreshMove Media LLC’s digital marketing workshops. It does not apply to any other services or products offered by FreshMove Media LLC.

  5. Agreement to Terms
    By purchasing a ticket to a FreshMove Media LLC educational event, you agree to this refund policy and the terms outlined herein.
