About the Client
Perkinson Homes is a custom luxury home builder serving clients throughout Richmond and the surrounding counties. In 2019, Perkinson Homes’ leadership approached the team at FreshMove Media about revamping their marketing. Their website & social media efforts had become stale, and they believed there was opportunity to better showcase the caliber of homes they build. Fast forward to 2024, the Perkinson Homes’ team wanted to refresh their online presence and load speeds with a new, supercharged website.
In the last three years, Perkinson Homes has engaged the team at FreshMove Media in a variety of ways including Website re-design & launch, Film Production, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, & Online Google PPC Campaigns.
Here’s how we supported their vision:
Website Development:
In 2020, Perkinson Home’s website was recognized as the Best Industry Website by the Home Builder’s Association of Richmond. We wanted to keep the iconic design of our original site, upgraded with more minimalistic, luxury aesthetics that match the “Livable Luxury” standards the Perkinson team honors on their custom builds. The new Perkinson Homes’ site features a range of recently completed home builds as inspiration for clients to design their dream homes. By categorizing their builds as modern or traditional homes with various aesthetics, clients are able to decide the styles they would like for their unique build.
Film Production:
In 2021, FreshMove Media was honored to have one of our video productions selected as the Best Industry Video by the Home Builders Association of Richmond. This award-winning video showcased the exceptional craftsmanship, design, and customer service of one of Richmond’s premier custom home builders, Perkinson Homes. Through stunning visuals and a compelling narrative, the video highlighted Perkinson Homes’ commitment to quality, innovation, and personalized service, helping potential homebuyers connect with the brand on a deeper level.
Social Media:
FreshMove Media helped Perkinson Homes bring their story to life through compelling social media videos that showcased their craftsmanship and custom home building process.
