Dominion Due Diligence Group, or D3G for short, provides due diligence services for affordable housing projects.
D3G’s challenge has always been presenting their value in a deeply technical field. Since January of 2020, D3G has leaned on the team at FreshMove Media to act as their outsourced marketing team. We redesigned the site to feel more modern and sleek, with a refined color palette, updated typography, and clean layouts that emphasize clarity and professionalism. The new design is fully responsive and optimized across all screen sizes — from desktop to mobile — ensuring every visitor gets a seamless experience, no matter how they browse.
A major highlight of the new site is the introduction of D3G’s consulting division, which supports developers and housing authorities beyond due diligence. We created clear pathways throughout the site to help users explore this new side of the business, guiding them through services like strategic planning, risk management, and development consulting. The site architecture was built with growth in mind — scalable, accessible, and ready to support D3G’s evolving offerings for years to come.
As part of D3G’s brand evolution, our graphic design team reimagined their iconic leaf logo with a more modern, streamlined look. We refined the shape into a cleaner, sleeker form that feels fresh while still honoring the brand’s legacy in the environmental and engineering industries.
To complement the updated icon, we introduced a contemporary sans-serif typeface that gives the logo a stronger, more approachable presence across digital and print platforms. The refreshed logo positions D3G for the future — maintaining trust and recognition with longtime partners while appealing to a new generation of clients and collaborators.
